Marty spends a lot of time running teams and managing projects and wishes she had more time to sit in a corner and write code. In addition to being the lead programmer, Marty defines user experiences for Sinclair Web Solutions projects. She comes up with a lot of crazy ideas for the team to implement and writes, debugs, and re-writes code for the rest of the team.
Neil throws mocks at the wall until something sticks. He's responsible for turning crazy, half-baked ideas into tangible visual designs. After a design is approved, Neil wrangles it into a web-standards HTML/CSS format.
Ginny is the team's peacock. She's a people person whose biggest job is keeping both the team and the clients happy. Ginny's responsibilities range from account management and client meetings to event planning and keeping the team fed.
Dustin prevents Sinclair Web Solutions applications from being composed exclusively of straight lines and grey boxes. Although recently focused on vector art and the visual design of graphical user interfaces for applications, Dustin's 3D work remains a key capability for the team. Rob is the construction expert for Sinclair Web Solutions. He builds cross-browser, cross-platform sites that just work. Rob also handles the team's photography requirements, shooting reference photos for 3D work and portfolio shots for clients, as well as obtaining stock photos when necessary.
Sinclair Web Solutions is always looking for an eclectic mix of Actionscript programmers, Flash animators, web-standards developers, and 3D graphic artists. Key qualifications include a strong affinity for a madcap development environment and a commitment to the idea of a genuinely interdependent team.
